My stay at Spring Sunny Hotel Nagoya Tokoname was decent overall. The location is great, especially for catching an early flight, and the staff were efficient and ready to assist. On the downside, the WiFi was weak and the building felt a bit aged, which diminished the overall experience.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was quite spacious with a large bed, which is impressive for Japanese hotel standards. It was also immaculately clean and had a nice view from the 12th floor where I could see airplanes landing.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix; while some staff members were friendly and accommodating, I encountered a rude front desk person who rushed the check-in process without offering assistance with my luggage, which was frustrating.

The hotel's location is fantastic for anyone needing access to the airport, and it’s just a short walk from Tokoname Station. However, there’s not much nearby outside of the Aeon Mall, which is about a 20-minute walk away.
Dining

I enjoyed the breakfast; it offered a solid variety at a reasonable price of 500 yen. I appreciated the selection of dishes, soup, and juice, making it a good value.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities include a small shared bath and a laundry area, but I found the bathing area a bit cramped and it seemed to be under repair during my visit. The ice machine also wasn't working, which was inconvenient.

My stay at Spring Sunny Hotel Nagoya Tokoname was generally decent for a quick stopover. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport. However, the WiFi was pretty weak, and I wish the furnishings were a little newer. Overall, it's a fair choice if you're traveling through and need a place to crash.

My room was surprisingly spacious with a large bed, which was a nice change from other Japanese business hotels. I did find the lighting a bit dim at night, so maybe a bigger lamp would help, but overall it was clean and well-maintained.

The staff were friendly and approachable, making check-in a breeze. They even had some basic information in English, which was super helpful. I did encounter a hiccup with an extra charge for a third person, but the overall service was solid.

The hotel is a quick three-minute walk from the Tokoname Station and really close to the airport, which was perfect for my jetlagged self with two large suitcases. Plus, there are a few restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

Breakfast was reasonable with a decent variety, although it could use some improvement in cleanliness. I did enjoy the homemade ice cream they offered, which was a nice touch!

The facilities are pretty basic, but they had dry cleaning and laundry services available. I appreciated the hot spring available for soaking, though it was small.

The location was super convenient for getting to the airport, making it a great choice for an overnight stay. I'd say it's a decent spot, especially if you need to be near the airport.
